With Honda Dream Yuga, Honda has entered into the mass commuting motorcycle segment. Honda Dream Yuga is a 109cc motorcycle specially designed to bring volumes to Honda 2 wheelers India. Styling of Honda Dream Yuga resembles to its bigger brother Honda Shine which is a 125cc motorcycle.
The engine of Honda Dream Yuga is producing 8.5 bhp of power which is slightly lower than its sibling Honda CB Twister which produces 9 bhp from the same 109cc engine. The torque is reasonable at 8.91 Nm @ 55oo rpm. The 2 valve overhead cam (OHC) makes this engine quite refined and easy to drive.
This engine is also doing duty on the highly popular and India’s largest selling motorcycle Hero Splendor.
For easy driving in Indian conditions Honda Dream Yuga comes with a long drive 120mm front suspension just like on the Hero Impulse and 5 step adjustable rear suspension.
For convenience Dream Yuga comes in both kick and self start options. To avoid sudden deflation of tyres Honda Dream Yuga comes with tuff up tube which enhances the safety of this bike.
As per Honda Dream Yuga gives an average of 72 km to a litre which makes it quite fuel efficient bike.
