Airtel money is the new unique service provided by airtel wherein you can use your money to make payments of your utility bills like electricity bills, mobile bill payment, broadband payment, recharge DTH account and buy movie tickets, pay insurance premiums, pay for shopping and pay for virtually anything else.

Airtel money is also safe and does not even require a internet connection like GPRS, EDGE, 3G or 4G.

Your airtel money account is protected by mPIN which is only accessible to you. No one can misuse your account even if your phone is stolen.

With airtel money you can also transfer money to other airtel money users or a bank account from anywhere at your convenience. You can load money into your airtel money account from authorized retailers, airtel money website www.airtelmoney.in and authorized airtel money – axis bank retail outlets.

This facility is available in two account types. First is express account which you can activate by dialling *400# from your airtel mobile.

There are no charges for registering to airtel express account. With airtel money express account you can receive money, recharge your digital TV account, mobile account, pay for airtel mobile bills and other utility bills like electricity bills, etc

To do more you can upgrade to power account which helps you pay for your shopping bills, food bills, buy movie tickets and transfer money to bank or other airtel money accounts.

You can register for power account by paying Rs. 50 as processing fee. The detailed transaction fees are given below
